Emas Offshore names Ezra ex-COO as CEO
EMAS Offshore has named executive director Adarash Kumar as its new chief executive, and Mr Kumar has quit his roles as chief operating officer and executive director of Emas's parent, Ezra Holdings, to focus on his new post.
There will be no change to the rest of Ezra's board, the companies announced early Friday.
Mr Kumar was appointed as executive director on Emas's board in April.
Ezra is an offshore oil and gas contractor, while Emas is its offshore subsidiary.
As at Wednesday's close, Ezra shares traded at 12.1 Singapore cents while Emas shares ended at 24 Singapore cents.
