Chief operating officer Oon Jin Teik takes over as acting CEO for unspecified period

AFTER a week of uncertainty surrounding his future as chief of the Singapore Sports Hub, it was confirmed on Thursday that Manu Sawhney has resigned from his post with immediate effect.
The 50-year-old's departure led to Oon Jin Teik, the hub's chief operating officer, being appointed as acting CEO for an unspecified period.
