Employers spend more on benefits but perceived value low: study

EMPLOYERS in the Asia-Pacific are spending more on staff benefits but most of them think their efforts are not highly valued by their employees.
Findings from professional services company Towers Watson's 2015 Asia Pacific Benefit Trends survey showed that the amount spent on employee benefits have risen. More than four in 10 companies in the region said they spent more than 20 per cent of payroll on benefits in the last fiscal year.
