Ezion Hldgs wades into marine transport for oil products
It sets up joint venture with Indonesia-based private equity firm Quvat

OFFSHORE and marine company Ezion Holdings has entered into the oil product tanker business through a joint venture in Indonesia.
The Business Times confirmed on Thursday that Ezion has tied up with an Indonesia-based private equity firm, Quvat, to form the joint venture, Pelita Bara Samudera (PBS), based out of Jakarta. PBS also confirmed to BT it has taken delivery of an oil product tanker that was renamed Mahakamah I.
