Ezion to hold third informal meeting with securityholders on Nov 2
MAINBOARD-LISTED Ezion Holdings, together with the Securities Investors Association (Singapore) (SIAS), will be holding a third informal meeting with securityholders on Nov 2.
In a Singapore Exchange filing on Tuesday, the liftboat operator said that the agenda of the meeting is to provide holders with series 003 to 008 securities with a summary of the consent solicitation exercise (CSE) and to answer any queries.
The informal meeting will be facilitated and moderated by SIAS.
The CSE, which is lined up for Nov 20, will see the restructuring of the company's debt.
In addition, Ezion said that it will be holding a series of informal clinics from Nov 6 to 14 with holders in relation to the CSE.
"Shareholders, securityholders and other stakeholders are advised to read this announcement and any further announcements by the company carefully.
"Shareholders, securityholders and other stakeholders should consult their stockbrokers, bank managers, solicitors or other professional advisers if they have any doubt about the actions they should take," Ezion said.
