Ezra, 2 banks in share charge arrangements for Triyards stake

EZRA Holdings has entered into share charge arrangements with DBS and OCBC for a combined 60.9 per cent stake in its subsidiary Triyards.
A Triyards announcement on Monday shows that the charge arrangements involve a stake of 30.455 per cent for each of the banks.
