DESPITE achieving year-on-year increases in gross revenue, net property income and distributable income, Frasers Commercial Trust's (FCOT) fourth-quarter distribution per unit (DPU) fell 2.8 per cent to 2.45 Singapore cents.
This was mainly because the trust's manager took its entire management fee in cash for the fourth quarter ended Sept 30, 2016, whereas for Q4 FY2015, it took 30 per cent of its fee in units with the rest in cash.
