Finance professionals in S'pore enjoy workplace
But staff retention remains a problem as only 7% are not seeking new jobs
FINANCE professionals are quite happy with their employers, unlike other presumably lower paid workers, but they are also pretty greedy, a survey found.
Two-thirds of finance professionals working in Singapore say they find their workplace enjoyable but 93 per cent are actively looking to change jobs or are open to opportunities - in a nutshell, for higher pay.
Only 7 per cent are not looking for another job, said website eFinancialCareers in a survey conducted in April and May.
