Former execs dispute Yuuzoo's breach of contract claims

TWO of Yuuzoo Corp's former financial executives are disputing the company's announcements that they had left because of "breach of employment contract".
Rather, former chief financial officer Fred Lim and former group financial controller Thai Youn Fatt told The Business Times that they had resigned, although both declined to elaborate on the reasons for their departure.
Mr Thai is the latest in a string of Yuuzoo executives to leave the social commerce company. His last day was on Wednesday, just over two years after he was hired in January 2015 to assume the newly created post of group financial controller. His role wa…
