Fortune Reit's Q4 DPU up 8% (Amended)

FORTUNE Reit posted an 8.3 per cent increase in income available for distribution to HK$197.2 million (S$33.95 million) for its fourth quarter ended Dec 31, 2014, on Wednesday.
A distribution per unit (DPU) of 10.50 Hong Kong cents was declared for the quarter, an 8 per cent increase from the DPU of 9.72 Hong Kong cents in Q4 2013. This brings the trust's final distribution to 20.80 Hong Kong cents per unit for the last six months of 2014, 15.6 per cent higher than the 18 Hong Kong cents per unit declared for the second half of 2013.
