Fragrance Group Q3 profit dips 3.7%
PROPERTY developer and hotel operator Fragrance Group's third-quarter earnings fell 3.7 per cent to $22.8 million, from $23.7 million a year earlier, despite registering higher gross profits.
For the three months ended Sept 30, 2013, earnings per share (EPS) dipped to 0.3 cents down from 0.4 cents a year ago.
Turnover for the quarter was 6.5 per cent higher year-on-year at $129.2 million. It attributed this to higher contributions from both its property and hotel businesses.
