COMMERCIAL property landlord Frasers Commercial Trust (FCOT) expects to raise rents in Singapore upon lease renewals next year, it said on Friday as it released fourth-quarter earnings.
The trust, which owns three properties in Singapore and three in Australia, posted a distribution per unit (DPU) of 2.52 Singapore cents for the three months ended Sept 30.
