Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust sets up S$1b debt issuance programme
A S$1 billion multicurrency debt issuance programme has been established for Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust (FLT), its manager said over the weekend
FLT trustee, Perpetual (Asia) limited, and its subsidiary FLT Treasury Pte Ltd have established the programme on Oct 28 and appointed DBS Bank and ANZ Banking Group as the joint arrangers and dealers of the programme, according to the exchange filing.
The net proceeds will be used for refinancing of existing borrowings, to fund potential investment opportunities which the group may pursue in future as well as working capital and general corporate purposes, said the Reit manager.
