SOLID demand for tankers has helped containership and tanker owner First Ship Lease (FSL) Trust chug its way out of a sea of red ink partly brought about by some shippers' lease defaults during an industry downturn over the past several years.
Including its first quarter ended March 31, 2015, the trust has now been profitable for four consecutive quarters.
