HEALTHWAY Medical on Monday said it has been informed by its investor GW Active that it does not intend to make a general offer for Healthway.

Singapore's largest chain of medical clinics said this as Lippo-linked Gentle Care extended the closing date for its takeover offer of Healthway to May 2, 2017.
