Geo Energy says it's in talks over acquisition following SGX query

GEO Energy Resources on Friday said it is undergoing negotiations on a potential acquisition, but no firm decision has been made at this stage.
It was responding to a query by the Singapore Exchange (SGX) on Friday over unusual volume movements of the shares.
"The board wishes to inform that various opportunities are being considered and negotiations on a potential acquisition are currently on-going," it added.
