GIC to buy stake in Hutchison's mobile business

GIC will, together with four institutional investors, acquire a 33 per cent stake in British mobile operators Three UK and O2 UK from Hong Kong-listed Hutchison Whampoa Limited for £3.1 billion (S$6.39 billion).
