GS Holdings launches S$6m Catalist IPO

GS Holdings, which washes dishes for F&B outlets, on Thursday launched its IPO for a Catalist listing, through a share placement worth S$6 million.
Some 24 million shares will be placed out at S$0.25 each. Net proceeds should be approximately S$4.1 million.
Listing and trading of GS shares on Catalist is expected to commence at 9am on Jan 18, 2016.
