Healthcare provider HMI raises S$18.5m via rights issue

Proceeds will be partly used to boost its stakes in two hospitals in Malaysia

HMI said last year that it has agreed to raise its stakes in its 49 per cent-owned Mahkota Medical Centre (above) in Malacca and its 61 per cent-owned Regency Specialist Hospital in Johor to 100 per cent each.
