Family business ITC Refrigeration is led by millennial with fresh ideas and her father

THE refrigeration industry is not exactly one of the hottest options for fresh university graduates, much less psychology majors with little engineering background.
But Teresa Chan dived straight into the deep end upon graduating from the National University of Singapore, re-establishing ITC Refrigeration with her father and fellow director Chan Kum Keong in 2011.
The cold chain logistics company supplies cold rooms and refrigerated as well as general purpose containers within Singapore and the Asia Pacific region; clients are typically from the food and beverage and pharmaceuticals industries.
