ICT solutions provider Adventus names RHT Capital as Catalist sponsor

INFORMATION and Communications Technology (ICT) solutions provider, Adventus Holdings, has appointed RHT Capital Private Limited (RHT Capital) as its new sponsor, the company said in a Singapore Exchange filing on Tuesday.

RHT Capital replaces Stamford Corporate Services Private Limited (SCS) and the change will take place with effect from Tuesday.

SCS noted that it is not aware of any non-compliance with Catalist rules and has made itself available for discussion with RHT Capital.

Adventus closed at one Singapore cent a share on Monday.
