Zico to acquire share registrar firm for S$8.6m

ZICO Holdings announced on Tuesday it will acquire share registrar services provider BACS for S$8.6 million from owner June Song Pte Ltd. Zico, a professional services firm, will pay 58.3 per cent of the consideration with cash, and the rest with new shares.
