ISDN disposes of stake in Schneeberger Linear Technology
INTEGRATED solutions provider ISDN Holdings has sold off its stake in associate firm Schneeberger Linear Technology.
The 50 per cent stake was sold to the other joint venture partner Schneeberger Holding for S$811,710, the group said in an exchange filing on Thursday night.
The group, which did not elaborate on the reasons behind the disposal, said that the transaction is not expected to have a material impact on its net tangible assets or earnings per share for the current financial year.
