ISDN to take stake in Indonesian hydropower projects
ENGINEERING solutions provider ISDN Holdings is creating a portfolio of mini hydropower projects in Indonesia with an Indonesian partner, PT Jodo Alam Titra (PT Jodo).
In relation to that, both Aenergy Holdings Private Ltd - a wholly owned unit of ISDN Holdings - and PT Jodo have reached an in-principle agreement on the terms of the proposed acquisition of three Indonesian energy companies.
The three companies are PT Masewo Mareso Energy (Banasu), PT Banasu Buana Energy (Mapahi) and PT Mapahi Masagena Energy (Halutua), which are wholly owned by PT Jodo.
