DATA centre landlord Keppel DC Reit is eyeing more potential acquisitions in the Asia-Pacific region and Europe after beating its own forecasts for the second quarter.
It pulled in higher income than forecast due to better variable rents from its Singapore data centres and other income, it said in a Singapore Exchange filing on Wednesday, which also gave a lift to distributions.
