Keppel-KBS US Reit sees strong acquisition pipeline over next few years

Keppel-KBS US Reit has a strong pipeline of assets worth over US$670 million that it could consider for acquisition over the next few years, after its listing here through an initial public offering (IPO).

The joint sponsors, Keppel Capital and KBS Pacific Advisors, told BT that the Reit enjoys the option of buying four other properties - two in Seattle, one in Austin and one in Atlanta - with a combined gross value of over US$320-350 million in the next one to two years.
