A KEPPEL-related joint venture has bought a data centre in Almere in the Netherlands. The new acquisition "will add more than 5,000 square metres of data centre space to meet growing demand for high-quality data centres in Europe", a press release from logistics and data centre firm Keppel Telecommunications & Transportation (Keppel T&T) said on Friday morning.
The data centre, called Almere Data Centre 2, will not be included in the initial portfolio of the Keppel data centre real estate investment trust (Keppel DC Reit) targeted for a December listing. What is included in Keppel DC
