Keppel unit hands over phase 2 of UK energy-from-waste facility to client
KEPPEL Seghers has handed over Phase 2 of the Runcorn Energy-from-Waste (EfW) facility in the UK to its client.
Keppel Seghers - comprising Keppel Seghers Belgium NV and Keppel Seghers UK Ltd - is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Keppel Infrastructure group, which is a division of Keppel Corporation.
"Runcorn EfW will provide a waste solution for businesses and local authorities, including helping to achieve Greater Manchester Waste Disposal Authority's target of 75 per cent landfill diversion," said Keppel in an announcement on Monday.
