KEPPEL Corp's senior executive director Teo Soon Hoe will step down after almost 40 years with the multi-business group, the company announced yesterday.
He retires on Sunday, June 1 from the post, as well as from the chairmanship of Keppel Telecommunications and Transportation (T&T), and as non-independent director of the trustee manager of Keppel Infrastructure Trust.
He will remain as Keppel's nominee director on the boards of the Tianjin Eco-city companies and k1 Ventures, and Keppel T&T's nominee on the board of M1. He will also serve as senior adviser to the boards of Keppel Land and Keppel T&T.
