Kerry Logistics open to secondary listing on SGX
Logical next move with HK IPO done and dusted, and strong 2013 results
KERRY Logistics Network, a unit of tycoon Robert Kuok's Kerry Properties and one of the hot new listings on the Hong Kong stock exchange last year, may consider a secondary listing on Singapore Exchange (SGX).
The company's chairman and Singapore's former foreign minister George Yeo said the firm is keeping an open mind about a possible listing here in future after it had spurned SGX's overtures last year for a secondary listing because of timing constraints.
Kerry Logistics, a Hong Kong-based third party logistics service provider, listed on HKEx last December in an exercise that raised some US$284 million.
