KINGSMEN Creatives' net profit for the second quarter ended June 30 declined by nearly 26 per cent year on year to S$2.37 million

Revenue was around 10 per cent lower at S$78.77 million, due to lower revenue from its exhibitions & thematic division.

Meanwhile, earnings per share declined from 1.61 Singapore cents to 1.19 Singapore cents.

A dividend of one Singapore cent per share has been declared, payable on Sept 19, which is on a par with the corresponding period last year.

For the six-month period, net profit was up 19 per cent to S$2.75 million, while revenue dipped about 3 per cent to S$144.97 million.

Kingsmen said: "We will continue to invest in talent, expand the capabilities of our value chain and develop and better integrate our service offerings to add value to our clients. Where the opportunities arise, we will embark on and pursue new and synergistic businesses to enhance our service offerings to the market."
