KKR raises record US$9.3 billion for its third Asian fund

PRIVATE equity firm KKR has raised US$9.3 billion for its third Asian fund, the largest amount raised by a private equity fund in the region.
This is more than the US$7 billion it initially aimed to raise, Reuters reported.
