Koyo Int'l says in talks on potential projects as 'part of its ordinary course of business'
KOYO International said on Thursday that it is continuously in talks with various parties on potential projects and business opportunities as part of its ordinary course of business, and is unable to conclusively attribute this to the unusual trading of its shares recently.
"In this regard, the company has been, in recent weeks, engaged in discussions in relation to potential projects. We have not been informed of any decision," said the homegrown specialist engineering services provider.
It was replying to queries from Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd on Jan 13, 2016 regarding the unusual price movements in Koyo shares.
Koyo shares opened at S$0.375 each on Wednesday, before inching higher to end at S$0.39. Almost nine million shares changed hands.
