KSH full-year earnings up 22.8% at $44.5m
CONSTRUCTION and property development group KSH Holdings reported a 22.8 per cent increase in net profit to $44.5 million for the full year ended March 31, 2014, boosted by higher construction revenue and sales of development property in Singapore and China.
Revenue was up 40.1 per cent at $324.48 million on the back of higher contributions from its business segments.
Revenue from its construction segment, which accounted for 88 per cent of topline, grew 38.6 per cent to $285.7 million. Meanwhile, revenue from sales of development property surged 62.9 per cent to $32.5 million and rental income from investment properties increased 13.5 per cent to $6.3 million.
