Linc Energy to build UCG plant in Poland
It expects UCG to change Europe's energy landscape
MAINBOARD-listed Linc Energy will be starting underground coal gasification (UCG) operations in Poland, in what the firm said could transform the current energy landscape in Europe.
The oil and gas producer said it has obtained initial approval from the Polish Ministry of the Environment for its first project there, which will be built within its coal resource licence area near Krakow.
