Local firms in world and Asia-Pac sustainability indices
THREE local developers have been listed on the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index (DJSI World) and the Dow Jones Sustainability Asia Pacific Index (DJSI Asia Pacific).
From the real estate sector, CapitaLand, Keppel Land and City Developments Limited (CDL) were listed on both indices. Keppel Corporation made it to the Asia Pacific Index, under the Capital Goods industry grouping.
For CapitaLand, this is the third consecutive year that it has retained its listing on the DJSI World, and the fifth time on the DJSI Asia Pacific. It was the first Singapore real estate company to be listed in the DJSI Asia Pacific when it was launched in 2009.
