SINGAPORE'S three largest listed telcos - Singapore Telecommunications (Singtel), StarHub and M1 - averaged a total return of 7.3 per cent for the first half of the year, bringing their one-year and three-year total returns to -1.8 per cent and 15.3 per cent respectively.
An SGX My Gateway report on Thursday said the three telcos maintain an average dividend yield of 5 per cent. They averaged a return on equity (ROE) of 69.6 per cent and a price-earnings (P/E) ratio of 16.1, said the report.
