Loyz Energy to raise S$14m through share placement

LOYZ Energy on Monday said it has placed out about S$14 million worth of new shares at an issue price of S$0.095 apiece.
The placement is meant to raise funds to improve the company's financial position as well as bolster its general corporate requirements, the company said.
