Lubricant manufacturer United Global gearing up for Catalist listing
Singapore-based group's other core business is in the trading of base oils, additives and lubricants

SINGAPORE-based lubricant manufacturer United Global is eyeing a listing on the Catalist board of Singapore Exchange (SGX), saying on Monday that it has lodged its preliminary offer document for an initial public offering.
United Global counts United Oil Company as its wholly-owned subsidiary. United Oil, established in 1999, manufactures a wide range of lubricants under its in-house brands, as well as other third-party principals' brands, said United Global.
