M1 Ltd on Thursday announced the June 14 death of its longest-serving independent non-executive board director, Roger John Barlow, 65. On the board since May 2002, he chaired the company's remuneration committee and was a member of its nominating committee.
M1 said: "In performing his duties on the board and in the remuneration and nominating committees, Mr Barlow maintained the highest standards of professionalism and governance. The company is deeply grateful to him for his invaluable contributions to the company."
