M1 partners MPA to offer 4G access for vessels operating in Singapore's port waters

    M1 Limited (M1) and the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) on Monday said they would partner in adopting fourth generation mobile telecommunications technology (4G) broadband for vessels operating within Singapore's port waters.

    They will also work together on research and projects for test-bedding of new technologies that will enhance network coverage in the port waters and benefit the Singapore maritime community.
