M1's longest serving independent director dies at 65
M1 Ltd on Thursday said its longest-serving independent board director has died. Roger John Barlow, who has been on the board since 2002, died on June 14, aged 65.
Mr Barlow was the former chairman of the company's remuneration committee and a member of the company's nominating committee.
"In performing his duties on the board and in the remuneration and nominating committees, Mr Barlow maintained the highest standards of professionalism and governance. The company is deeply grateful to Mr Barlow for his invaluable contributions to the company."
The board and management extended their deepest condolences to the family of the late Mr Barlow.
