Mapletree Industrial Trust posts 5.6% rise in DPU for Q3
MAPLETREE Industrial Trust (MIT) posted a distribution per unit of 2.82 cents in the third quarter, up 5.6 per cent from 2.67 cents a year ago.
This comes on the back of 6.6 per cent rise in gross revenue to S$83.3 million, thanks to contribution from the build-to-suit project for Equinix Singapore, higher occupancy rates achieved across all property segments, and higher rental rates in some properties.
Net property income grew 6.7 per cent to S$61.9 million.
MIT's distribution income for the three months ended Dec 31 was 9.5 per cent higher at S$50.3 million.
