MapletreeLog's Q3 DPU up 7%
MAPLETREE Logistics Trust's distribution per unit (DPU) rose 7 per cent to 1.84 cents for the third quarter ended Dec 31, 2013, from 1.72 cents a year ago.
This was on the back of a 7.7 per cent gain in distributable income to $45 million.
The results include the partial distribution of the net gain from the divestment of 30 Woodlands Loop amounting to $0.6 million in the amount distributable to unitholders, or about 0.025 cent per unit.
