INITIATIVES to support the listing of qualifying Chinese companies in Singapore, and the exploration of possible mutual recognition of collective investment schemes, were some of the developments that took place during a recent roundtable by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC).
Held in Singapore on Oct 31, the 2nd MAS-CSRC Supervisory Roundtable saw the two sides agree to strengthen supervisory cooperation and facilitate the development of their capital markets.
