Maybank KE kicks off Venture coverage with 'buy' call, above-consensus target price
It forecasts the group's forthcoming FY results will see revenue surge by 39% to around S$4b

A BUY call and a bullish, above-consensus target price.
That is how Maybank Kim Eng kicked off its coverage of electronics manufacturer Venture Corporation on Wednesday.
The company is expected to turn in a stellar performance for 2017, which analyst Lai Gene Lih said is "no fluke", as he set a sterling 12-month target price of S$27.50.
This is now the highest in town.
It beats out, by a good 12.9 per cent, the analyst consensus of S$24.35 compiled by Bloomberg.
