MCT sees resilience in portfolio; Q3 DPU up 11.5%

MAPLETREE Commercial Trust (MCT) on Wednesday said its retail and office properties are expected to stay "relatively resilient".
It noted in its financial statement for the fiscal third quarter that the outlook for the retail market is likely to remain challenging in the next 12 months, with the overall rental growth expected to be subdued.
