MDIS Corporation, a subsidiary of the Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS), has acquired Service Quality Centre (SQC) for S$5 million.
Established in 1990, SQC was founded by Singapore Airlines and SPRING Singapore as part of the government's efforts to raise service standards in Singapore. It provides service excellence, quality and productivity-related training solutions, and counts financial institutions, supermarket chains as well as government ministries and agencies among its clients.
