CONTRIBUTION from newly bought Sandhill Plaza and rent increases at its two other commercial properties, Festival Walk and Gateway Plaza, helped boost Mapletree Greater China Commercial Trust's (MGCCT) second-quarter performance.
On Tuesday, it reported a distribution per unit (DPU) of 1.808 Singapore cents for the three months ended Sept 30, 2015. This was 12.6 per cent higher than the 1.606 Singapore cents paid out a year ago.
