Middle East franchisee for Jones the Grocer buys global rights for brand

JTG Holdings, the master franchisee in the Middle East and North Africa for Jones the Grocer, has bought the global rights to the Australian gourmet chain brand.
Separately, LVMH-backed L Capital Asia has taken a significant minority stake in JTG Holdings.
